Franky Marchand was born and educated in France. He obtained a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Arts & Metiers Paris Tech, in Paris, France. Franky has spent 19 years in Australia and the United States working in truck manufacturing. He first started his career as an Industrial Engineer, which eventually evolved towards Internal Logistics.  Franky is currently working for Volvo Group Trucks and is  the Vice President and General Manager of the New River Valley Plant in Dublin, Virginia.
